$BOSS Runner Leaderboard Rewards: Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

No purchase, payment, token holding, or blockchain transaction is needed to play or to win. Buying, holding or burning $BOSS does not improve your chances, your tries or your score. Playing the game is free. Rewards are determined only by skill, as measured by the verified game score.

2. Sponsor

The leaderboard rewards are offered by the creator of the $BOSS meme coin ("Sponsor"), contact: X @TheBossCoin_SOL · Telegram. Sponsor: Noah K., Ohio, USA. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by pump.fun, X, Phantom, or Solana.

3. Eligibility

Open to individuals who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where they live if that is older.
Open worldwide. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entrants are responsible for checking that taking part is legal where they live.
Not open to anyone located in, or a resident of, a country or region subject to sanctions, or to anyone on a sanctions list (for example OFAC lists).
The Sponsor and members of the Sponsor's household are not eligible.
One person, one entry wallet. Using multiple wallets, bots, scripts, or automation to get extra tries or scores is not allowed and leads to disqualification.
One prize per person per round. Wallets that appear to belong to the same person are treated as one entrant ("linked wallets"), for example wallets funded from the same source wallet, played from the same device, or otherwise linked by the Sponsor's review. Only the best-ranked score of a linked group can win; the next eligible entrant moves up.

4. How to play (enter)

Open the ranked game at the official link posted on X and connect a Solana wallet (Phantom). Connecting is free and sends no transaction.
Each wallet gets 3 ranked tries per round. Tries reset when a new round starts. The limit is enforced by the game server.
At the end of a run you sign a free, off-chain message with your wallet to submit your score. Signing costs nothing and moves no funds.
Rounds last 3 days and run back to back. Round 1 runs from Thu Oct 1, 2026, 9:00 PM ET (01:00 UTC Oct 2) to Sun Oct 4, 2026, 9:00 PM ET; each next round starts when the previous one ends. Rewards apply from when these official rules were posted (October 3, 2026), starting with the round running on that date. A live countdown is shown in the game and on the website.

4a. Ranked map rotation, map vote and leaderboard reset

Rounds 1 and 2 are played on the original Ohio map.
Starting with Round 3 (Wed Oct 7, 2026, 9:00 PM ET), the ranked map can change every round (every 3 days). The map for each round is chosen by a community vote.
Voting is free. On the website, one vote per Phantom wallet per vote, cast by signing a free off-chain message (no transaction, no purchase, no token holding needed). Votes are final. Votes from an X poll on @TheBossCoin_SOL, if one is run, are added to the website tally. If there is a tie, the map with more website votes wins; if still tied, the Sponsor picks.
The vote for a round closes when the round before it ends. The vote for Round 3 is open now and closes Wed Oct 7, 2026, 9:00 PM ET.
Leaderboard reset: every round starts with an empty leaderboard and fresh tries for every wallet, whether or not the map changes. Scores never carry over between rounds or maps, so every player gets a fresh chance each round.
If a winning map is not ready for ranked play in time, the round is played on the previous ranked map and this is announced on X before the round starts.
Practice mode (all maps, unlimited tries) is never eligible for rewards.

5. Score verification

Every ranked run uses a server-issued session and random seed. The server re-plays your recorded inputs and only accepts the score if the replay gives the same result.
The server also rejects runs that are faster than real time, have impossible score rates or input rates, reuse or alter a signed submission, or don't match the wallet's signature. Rate limits apply.
Only verified scores count. Your best verified score in the round is your leaderboard score.
The Sponsor may review the top scores and disqualify any entry it reasonably believes involved cheating, exploits, bots, multiple wallets, or tampering. Questions about a result must be sent to the Sponsor on X or Telegram within 7 days after the round ends. After review, the Sponsor's decisions on verification are final.
Ties: the score submitted first ranks higher.

6. Rewards (scale with market cap)

The top 10 verified scores of a round are eligible for rewards paid in SOL.
Rewards are funded only from pump.fun creator trading fees the Sponsor actually received. Nothing is pre-funded. There is no minimum and no guaranteed amount. Rewards are not guaranteed: if fees are low, the round's rewards are reduced, and if fees are zero, rewards may be zero. This is announced on X.
Reward amounts scale with the $BOSS market cap using the tiers below. There is no fixed lifetime limit per person.
Fees received are split 50% prize pot, 40% reserve and 10% operations. The reserve and operations shares never pay rewards. Each round pays at most 50% of the prize pot, and never more than the round cap for the current tier:
market cap under $100K: round cap $100, max $20 per winner · $100K–500K: $400 / $60 · $500K–2M: $1,200 / $180 · over $2M: $3,000 / $450.
The tier uses the lower of the round's average and closing market cap. The pool can grow as the coin grows, and shrinks if it falls. Caps are maximums, not promises.
Prizes for places 1 to 10 are not equal. Higher places get larger shares: 1st place gets the most, and shares decrease down to 10th place. The round pool is split by rank: #1 25%, #2 18%, #3 13%, #4 10%, #5 8%, #6 7%, #7 6%, #8 5%, #9 4%, #10 4%. Each share is capped at the per-winner cap, valued at the SOL/USD price when the payout is sent. Amounts that aren't paid stay in the pot for later rounds. Shares under US$1 aren't sent.
Rewards are not transferable and can't be exchanged for cash or other prizes. Winners are responsible for any taxes. Before sending a payout, the Sponsor may request information needed for legal, sanctions, or tax compliance; a winner who does not provide it may be skipped.

6a. Cosmetic skins and holder perks

Optional skins change only how the player looks in ranked mode. They have no effect on gameplay, score, tries, ranking, or eligibility for rewards.
Unlocking a skin requires burning $BOSS from your own wallet. Burns are permanent and non-refundable. Skins have no cash value and are not a purchase of a chance to win. You never need tokens to play or win.
Holder perks are cosmetic only and do not affect winning. Wallets holding at least 100,000 $BOSS (checked read-only on-chain; the threshold may change) can get: a 👑 badge next to their wallet on the leaderboard; that round's limited holder skin, claimed for free by signing an off-chain message (no transaction) during that round only, with a visual rarity based on claim order (#1–10 Legendary, #11–50 Epic, #51–200 Rare, then Common); and early previews of upcoming maps in the free practice game. Holder perks never change gameplay, score, tries, ranking, eligibility, or prizes. Players who don't hold $BOSS can play, rank, and win exactly the same. Holder skins and badges have no cash value.

7. Payout schedule

Payouts are sent manually as SOL transfers to the wallet that submitted the winning score, within 7 days after the round ends and the top scores have been reviewed.
The round's final leaderboard, payout amounts, and transaction signatures are posted publicly (X and/or the leaderboard page).
Rewards that can't be delivered within 30 days are forfeited and stay in the pool.

8. General

The Sponsor may change, suspend, or cancel a round if needed (for example cheating, technical failure, or legal reasons). Changes are announced on X and don't apply retroactively to a running round unless legally required.
The game is provided "as is". The Sponsor isn't responsible for lost connections, wallet issues, or browser problems.
Data: the server stores your wallet address, scores, and session data. It uses your IP address briefly for rate limiting. Nothing else is collected, and this data is not sold.
Governing law: these rules are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, except where the law of the entrant's location requires otherwise.

9. Not financial advice

$BOSS is a joke meme coin with no intrinsic value and no promises of value. Nothing here is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Leaderboard rewards are a game promotion. They are not a return on, or tied to, buying or holding any token. Reward tiers follow market activity only so that the promotion never pays more than the fees it actually received; this is not a promise of price or volume.
